Meet the Founders

Jason LaManque
Class of 2012
Currently a Business major with a concentration in Marketing, Jason LaManque brings a world-view to Epsilon Nu Tau that is truly unique.
Since graduating High School, Jason has spent a considerable amount of time traveling the globe visiting 15 countries in 3 continents. He has studied abroad in Heidelberg-Germany, Shanghai-China, Salamanca-Spain where he spent time growing his own personal network to an international level bringing his network with him to Epsilon Nu Tau.
Jason is always searching for a new adventure whether it be traveling, extreme sports, or new business ventures.

Shana Lavoie
Shana Lavoie is currently a Communications Major with an emphasis in Advertising at CSU Fullerton. She brings ENT strong organizational skills, and experience in event planning.
Currently working for Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation, an internet technologies start-up in San Juan Capistrano, CA, Shana regularly manages the day to day operations, including stock transfers, company correspondence, and organizational systems. In her previous position, as youngest store manager in the Southern California Region of Sunglass Hut International, Shana exemplified outstanding creative thinking, which translated to her store consistently meeting and exceeding its sales goals. While working for Sparta Inc. as an Executive administrative assistant she worked with management to train and administer an internal stock program.
Shana’s sales, marketing, and team building experience make her a valuable asset to the Epsilon Nu Tau team.

James Esquivel
James is a Business major with concentrations in Marketing.
He was an active member of the Entrepreneur Society his Sophomore year where he learned the ins and outs of running an on campus club. Serving as the Business Inter Club Council representative, he proposed for funds, updated the business community on the clubs actions, and helped organize Business Week Events. As Vice President of Events and Recruitment, James put together many social and professional events, as well as bringing on guest speakers. He brings his experience in navigating campus bureaucracy to ENT in an effort to make it the most recognizable fraternity on campus.

Anastasia Grayson
Class of 2012
Anastasia Grayson is a Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Entrepreneurship. She offers Epsilon Nu Tau her enthusiasm, dedication, and ingenuity towards establishing and achieving goals within the organization. As an Administrative Assistant at R.T.G. Maintenance Company, she has implemented various strategies to increase efficiency and boost company morale. Anastasia established and conducted monthly company meetings where new policies were put into effect and employees were able to voice their concerns. She has always embraced the concept of entrepreneurship, which developed from managing her own Mary Kay business as a Beauty Consultant. Anastasia hopes to incorporate the experience and relationships developed within Epsilon Nu Tau to move forward with her dream of re-inventing nightlife entertainment by owning her own sports bar or night club.

Devon Jordan
Class of 2011
Devon Jordan is a Business Major with an emphasis in Marketing. Armed with a passion for social marketing, and the experience to back it up, Devon hopes to expand Epsilon Nu Tau to be one of the most prominent organizations on campus.
The summer before ENT launched at Cal State Fullerton Devon worked 4 internships, to further his knowledge of how social networking tools can be used in marketing situations. Working for Warner Brothers, ChunknChip Cookies, The Beer Craftsmen, and SportsFansLive, he learned the nuances and tricks to targeting and converting your fans into paying customers.
Devon has filled all manner of positions, from fast food to retail sales to office admin. During his stint at Discovery Channel Stores in Mission Viejo, CA, he was twice ranked in the top three sales performers across the nationwide company.
Devon brought an outgoing and friendly personality, along with experience in sales and marketing, which made him an integral part of the Epsilon Nu Tau team.
Devon has now been recruited by the Epsilon Nu Tau Grand Council and will be serving as the West Coast liaison.

Glen Hatton
Advisor
Mr. Glen Hatton is a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting. He earned his M.S. in Accounting at USC and a B.S. in Biology at UCI. He has taught in Southern California for many years, including a stint at teaching high school biology; and has been involved in a variety of professional accounting positions, including as a Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche, a Finance Manager for Fluor Corporation. Most recently he was the owner and CFO of Adelante Education Services. He teaches financial accounting.
